Oklahoma School for the Deaf Bison (Sulphur, OK) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Ohio School for the Deaf Spartans (Columbus, OH), 55-52 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Oklahoma School for the Deaf upgrades its record to 17-3 on the season. The Bison travel to Illinois School for the Deaf (Jacksonville, IL) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 5-7. Illinois School for the Deaf lost 52-45 in their recent non-league bout against Ohio School for the Deaf (Columbus, OH)

Next up, the Spartans play the Columbus Torah Academy Lions (Columbus, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Ohio School for the Deaf will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 0-4 record after their 82-20 league loss to Patriot Prep Academy (Columbus, OH).
