The Ramapo Raiders basketball team (Franklin Lakes, NJ), dropped 56-38 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host St. Rose Purple Roses (Belmar, NJ)

The Purple Roses now sport a 15-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Manasquan for a Shore A - Central battle on Monday, January 22. St. Rose will battle a Warriors team coming off a 57-40 non-league win over Egg Harbor Township (Egg Harbor Township, NJ). The Warriors record now stands at 12-1.

The Raiders (9-6) will now prepare for their battle against St. Mary (Rutherford, NJ). The Gaels come into the non-league match with a 11-2 record.
