With the victory, Washington School for the Deaf improves its record to 9-9 on the campaign. The Terriers travel to Phoenix Day School for the Deaf (Phoenix, AZ) to confront the Roadrunners in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 20. The Roadrunners come into the challenge with a record of 5-12. Phoenix Day School for the Deaf won 38-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Oregon School for the Deaf (Salem, OR)

Next up, the Eagles confront the Dugway Mustangs (Dugway, UT) in a 1A Region 21 challenge, on Wednesday, January 24. Utah School for the Deaf & Blind will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 0-9 record after their 72-28 league loss to Mount Vernon (Murray, UT).
