The Sheldon Huskies basketball team (Sacramento, CA), was routed 60-38 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Pleasant Valley Vikings (Chico, CA)
The Vikings now sport a 13-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oak Ridge for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 23. Pleasant Valley will battle a Trojans team coming off a 69-64 league win over Folsom (Folsom, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 17-3.
The Huskies (4-15) will now prepare for their battle against Monterey Trail (Elk Grove, CA). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 8-10 record. In their last battle, Monterey Trail was routed by Burbank (Sacramento, CA), 51-46, in a league battle.
