South Knox Spartans (Vincennes, IN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Bloomfield Cardinals (Bloomfield, IN), 74-28 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, South Knox upgrades its record to 20-1 on the campaign. The Spartans host Shoals (Shoals, IN) to play the Jug Rox in a Blue Chip bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Jug Rox come into the bout with a record of 6-15. Shoals lost 72-13 in their recent league bout against Wood Memorial (Oakland City, IN)

Next up, the Cardinals play the North Daviess Cougars (Elnora, IN) in a Southwestern Indiana bout, on Thursday, January 25. Bloomfield will attempt to upgrade on its 2-20 season record.
