In Saturday's league outing, the North Prairie co-op [Rolla/Rolette] Cougars (Rolla, ND) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Cavalier Tornadoes (Cavalier, ND), by a margin of 55-17.

The Cougars (3-4) will now prepare for their outing against Drayton/Valley-Edinburg (Drayton, ND). The Titans go into the B District 3 outing with a 3-12 record.

The Tornadoes now own a 1-13 record. They play next when they travel to Larimore for a non-league outing on Saturday, January 20. Cavalier will clash with a Polar Bears squad coming off a 43-27 league loss to New Rockford-Sheyenne (New Rockford, ND). The Polar Bears record now stands at 4-9.
