Centerville Elks (Centerville, OH) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host St. Ursula Academy Bulldogs (Cincinnati, OH), 50-36 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Centerville upgrades its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Elks travel to Northmont (Clayton, OH) to play the Thunderbolts in a Greater Western Ohio bout on Wednesday, January 24. The Thunderbolts come into the bout with a record of 4-11.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Ursuline Academy Lions (Cincinnati, OH) in a Girls Greater Catholic bout, on Thursday, January 25. St. Ursula Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record.
