Kansas High School Basketball - Chase County can't hold off Mission Valley

The Mission Valley Vikings basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the host Chase County Bulldogs to 45 in the Vikings non-league victory on Saturday.
The Vikings now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Franklin for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 23. Mission Valley will battle a Falcons team coming off a 50-45 league win over Central Heights (Richmond, KS). The Falcons record now stands at 5-6.
The Bulldogs (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Peabody-Burns (Peabody, KS). The Warriors come into the non-league contest with a 0-7 record. In their last contest, Peabody-Burns was nudged by Newton HomeSchool (Newton, KS), 45-19, in a non-league contest.
