Kentucky High School Basketball - Pickerington Central can't hold off Cooper

The Cooper Jaguars basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Pickerington Central Tigers to 53 in the Jaguars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Jaguars now sport a 17-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Simon Kenton for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 1.

The Tigers (14-3) will now prepare for their contest against Newark (Newark, OH). The Wildcats enter the Ohio Capital - Buckeye contest with a 7-9 record. In their last contest, Newark was nudged by Lancaster (Lancaster, OH), 62-33, in a league contest.
