The Des Lacs-Burlington Lakers (Des Lacs, ND) basketball crushed the host Glen Ullin/Hebron Bearcats (Glen Ullin, ND), 61-35 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Lakers (10-5) will now prepare for their test against Stanley (Stanley, ND). The Blue Jays go into the A Region 3 test with a 2-12 record. In their last test, Stanley was trounced by Turtle Mountain (Belcourt, ND), 81-38, in a league test.
The Bearcats now own a 2-10 record. They play next when they host Beach for a B District 5 test on Thursday, January 25.
