Dover Crimson Tornadoes (Dover, OH) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Weir Red Riders (Weirton, WV), 49-33 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Dover upgrades its record to 8-8 on the season. The Crimson Tornadoes travel to Sandy Valley (Magnolia, OH) to clash with the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Monday, January 22. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 7-7. Sandy Valley won 36-27 in their recent league bout against Garaway (Sugarcreek, OH)
Next up, the Red Riders clash with the Steubenville Big Red (Steubenville, OH) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 25. Weir will attempt to upgrade on its 7-8 season record.
