The Galena Bulldogs basketball team (Galena, KS), was overwhelmed 73-40 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Pierce City Eagles (Pierce City, MO)
The Eagles now possess a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Miller for a Southwest battle on Tuesday, January 23. Pierce City will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 44-15 non-league loss to Chadwick (Chadwick, MO). The Cardinals record now stands at 10-6.
The Bulldogs (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against Columbus (Columbus, KS). The Titans come into the non-league battle with a 5-5 record.
