Washington, DC High School Basketball - Maret topples Jackson-Reed

January 20, 2024: Washington, DC 20008

In Saturday's non-league outing, the Maret Frogs (Washington, DC) basketball squad beat the visiting Jackson-Reed Tigers (Washington, DC), by a count of 60-46.

The Frogs (10-6) will now prepare for their outing against Sidwell Friends (Washington, DC). The Quakers go into the Independent School outing with a 10-2 record. In their last outing, Sidwell Friends defeated Georgetown Visitation Prep (Washington, DC), 72-44, in a league outing.

The Tigers now hold a 10-6 record. They play next when they host Bell for a DCSAA outing on Monday, January 22. Jackson-Reed will clash with a Griffins squad coming off a 62-7 league loss to Coolidge (Washington, DC). The Griffins record now stands at 0-7.
