Florida High School Basketball - Old Plank Christian Academy nudges Morningside Academy

Old Plank Christian Academy Defenders (Jacksonville, FL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Morningside Academy Eagles (Port St. Lucie, FL), 31-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Old Plank Christian Academy upgrades its record to 10-2 on the season. The Defenders host Eagle's View (Jacksonville, FL) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league bout on Monday, January 22. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 14-2. Eagle's View won 54-12 in their recent non-league bout against Patel (Tampa, FL)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Donna Klein Jewish Academy Eagles (Boca Raton, FL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 22. Morningside Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 13-4 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 69-23 non-league win over Don Soffer Aventura (Aventura, FL).
