Princeton Tigers (Princeton, IL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Orion Chargers (Orion, IL), 59-37 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Princeton upgrades its record to 15-6 on the season. The Tigers travel to Bureau Valley (Manlius, IL) to clash with the Storm in a Three Rivers - East bout on Monday, January 22. The Storm go into the bout with a record of 12-10. Bureau Valley won 58-55 in their recent league bout against Newman Central Catholic (Sterling, IL)

Next up, the Chargers clash with the Riverdale Rams (Port Byron, IL) in a Three Rivers - West bout, on Thursday, January 25. Orion will attempt to upgrade on its 3-19 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 18-4 record after their 55-8 non-league win over Fulton (Fulton, IL).
