Squalicum Storm (Bellingham, WA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Bellingham Bayhawks (Bellingham, WA), 41-38 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Squalicum upgrades its record to 7-0 on the season. The Storm host Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, WA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 1-4.

Next up, the Bayhawks play the Meridian Trojans (Bellingham, WA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 24. Bellingham will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 33-24 non-league win over Sedro-Woolley (Sedro-Woolley, WA).
