The McEachern Indians (Powder Springs, GA) basketball felled the host Westlake Lions (Atlanta, GA), 55-41 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Indians (12-2) will now prepare for their test against Harrison (Kennesaw, GA). The Hoyas go into the test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Harrison thwarted Calhoun (Calhoun, GA), 50-44, in a non-league test.
The Lions now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Creekside for a non-league test on Wednesday, January 24. Westlake will encounter a Seminoles squad coming off a 42-28 league loss to Chapel Hill (Douglasville, GA). The Seminoles record now stands at 1-5.
