The Grapevine Mustangs soccer team scored 5 points and limited the host South Hills Scorpions to 1 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Saturday.
Next, the Mustangs face the Colleyville Heritage Panthers (Colleyville, TX) in a 5A Region 1 District 7 contest, on Tuesday, January 23. Grapevine will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Panthers enter the contest with a 4-2 record after their 1-1 non-league Crowley (Crowley, TX).
The Scorpions now have a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host North Side for a 5A Region 1 District 6 contest on Friday, January 26.
