The Drexel Bobcats nipped the visiting Appleton City Bulldogs basketball squad by a final score of 47-44 in Monday's league outing.
Next, the Bobcats face the Hume Hornets (Hume, MO) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, January 22. Drexel will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record.
The Bulldogs now own a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Midway for a Western Missouri battle on Tuesday, January 21. Appleton City will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 53-49 league loss to Archie (Archie, MO). The Vikings record now stands at 1-9.
