The Swan Valley Vikings basketball team scored 55 points and limited the visiting Bullock Creek Lancers to 53 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Monday.

The Vikings now have a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Glenn for a Tri-Valley - Red game on Friday, January 24. Swan Valley will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 45-37 non-league loss to Holly (Holly, MI). The Bobcats record now stands at 11-3.

With the loss, Bullock Creek falls to 5-7 on the campaign. The Lancers host Gladwin (Gladwin, MI) to confront the Flying G's in a Jack Pine game on Tuesday, January 21. The Flying G's go into the game with a record of 9-2. Gladwin won 58-50 in their recent league game against Clare (Clare, MI)
