With the victory, Franklin advances its record to 6-9 on the year. The Broncos travel to Sussex Central (Sussex, VA) to meet the Tigers in a Tri-Rivers battle on Wednesday, January 22. The Tigers enter the battle with a record of 5-5. Sussex Central won 57-17 in their recent league battle against Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech (Petersburg, VA)
The Bruins now own a 8-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pasquotank County for a 2A/3A Northeastern Coastal battle on Tuesday, January 21. Camden County will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 63-54 non-league win over Great Bridge (Chesapeake, VA). The Panthers record now stands at 5-7.
