The Cougars (18-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Trinity School of Texas (Longview, TX). The Titans come into the non-league challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Trinity School of Texas defeated St. Mary's (Longview, TX), 42-30, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the battle the Brighter Horizons Academy Stars (Garland, TX) in a TAPPS 5A District 2 challenge, on Friday, January 24. Cristo Rey Dallas College Prep will attempt to better on its 7-11 season record. The Stars come into the challenge with a 8-10 record after their 41-40 league win over Hyde Park (Austin, TX).
