The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Wilmington Wildcats (Wilmington, MA) and the visiting Dracut Middies (Dracut, MA), observed Wilmington's basketball team knock off Dracut by a score of 66-48.

The Wildcats (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Belmont (Belmont, MA). The Marauders come into the Middlesex challenge with a 2-8 record. In their last challenge, Belmont dropped by Lexington (Lexington, MA), 70-56, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Middies encounter the Methuen Rangers (Methuen, MA) in a Merrimack Valley - Small challenge, on Tuesday, January 21. Dracut will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Rangers come into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 65-46 league win over Billerica Memorial (Billerica, MA).
