The Mules (8-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Three Rivers Christian (Longview, WA). The Eagles come into the 1B Columbia Valley challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Three Rivers Christian was tipped by Pe Ell (Pe Ell, WA), 73-24, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Chinooks battle the Columbia Bruins (White Salmon, WA) in a 1A Trico challenge, on Wednesday, January 22. Kalama will attempt to improve on its 8-6 season record. The Bruins come into the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 69-58 league loss to King's Way Christian (Vancouver, WA).
