Washington High School Basketball - Kelso bests WF West

The Kelso Hilanders basketball team scored 55 points and limited the visiting WF West Bearcats to 47 in the Hilanders non-league triumph on Monday.
The Hilanders now possess a 6-11 record. They play next when they travel to Heritage for a 3A Greater St. Helens game on Wednesday, January 22. Kelso will play a Timberwolves team coming off a 69-58 league loss to Prairie (Vancouver, WA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 5-9.
With the loss, WF West falls to 6-9 on the campaign. The Bearcats host Centralia (Centralia, WA) to play the Tigers in a 2A Evergreen game on Wednesday, January 22. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 2-12. Centralia lost 60-34 in their recent league game against Black Hills (Tumwater, WA)
