The West Central Valley Wildcats basketball team scored 46 points and limited the visiting Colfax-Mingo Tigerhawks to 22 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.

The Wildcats now have a 9-5 record. They play next when they host Panorama for a West Central game on Tuesday, January 21. West Central Valley will confront a Panthers team coming off a 43-42 non-league win over Ankeny Christian Academy (Ankeny, IA). The Panthers record now stands at 9-5.

With the loss, Colfax-Mingo falls to 4-11 on the campaign. The Tigerhawks travel to H-L-V (Victor, IA) to confront the Warriors in a South Iowa Cedar game on Tuesday, January 21. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 6-6. H-L-V lost 52-42 in their recent league game against Sigourney (Sigourney, IA)
