The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Cresset Christian Academy Eagles (Durham, NC) and the visiting South Wake Sabres (Fuquay-Varina, NC), observed Cresset Christian Academy's basketball team overwhelm South Wake by a margin of 60-30.
The Eagles (21-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Winston Salem Christian (Winston-Salem, NC). The Lions come into the Freelance challenge with a 9-4 record. In their last challenge, Winston Salem Christian trounced Miller School of Albemarle (Charlottesville, VA), 56-36, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Sabres battle the Wesleyan Christian Academy Trojans (High Point, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 23. South Wake will attempt to better on its 20-1 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 17-5 record after their 73-65 non-league win over TPLS Christian Academy (Richmond, VA).
