In Monday's non-league test, the Durant Wildcats (Durant, IA) basketball squad defeated the host Midland Eagles (Wyoming, IA), by a score of 59-49.
Next, the Wildcats clash with the Regina Regals (Iowa City, IA) in a River Valley - South test, on Friday, January 24. Durant will attempt to improve on its 9-5 season record. The Regals come into the test with a 13-2 record after their 81-19 league win over Wilton (Wilton, IA).
