The Trinity Christian Trojans nipped the visiting Garland Christian Academy Swordsmen basketball squad by a final score of 38-32 in Monday's non-league outing.
Next, the Trojans face the Nolan Catholic Vikings (Fort Worth, TX) in a TAPPS 6A District 1 outing, on Tuesday, January 21. Trinity Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 11-3 season record. The Vikings enter the outing with a 19-13 record after their 55-45 league win over Liberty Christian (Argyle, TX).
The Swordsmen (6-8) will now prepare for their outing against Alcuin (Dallas, TX). The Hawks enter the TAPPS 2A District 3 outing with a 0-1 record. In their last outing, Alcuin was nipped by North Hills Prep (Irving, TX), 37-17, in a non-league outing.
