Maine High School Basketball - Lawrence knocks off Oceanside

The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Lawrence Bulldogs (Fairfield, ME) and the visiting Oceanside Mariners (Rockland, ME), observed Lawrence's basketball team overcome Oceanside by a score of 56-37.
The Bulldogs (12-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Camden Hills (Rockport, ME). The Windjammers come into the A North challenge with a 10-4 record. In their last challenge, Camden Hills defeated Brewer (Brewer, ME), 70-54, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Mariners battle the Morse Shipbuilders (Bath, ME) in a B South challenge, on Friday, January 24. Oceanside will attempt to improve on its 10-3 season record. The Shipbuilders come into the challenge with a 7-8 record after their 70-11 non-league win over Wiscasset (Wiscasset, ME).
