In Monday's non-league contest, the host Plymouth Whitemarsh Colonials basketball team scored a good 41-31 triumph over the Mt. St. Joseph Academy Magic.
The Colonials (10-6) will now prepare for their contest against Academy at Palumbo (Philadelphia, PA). The Griffin go into the non-league contest with a 9-3 record. In their last contest, Academy at Palumbo topped Abraham Lincoln (Philadelphia, PA), 46-41, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Magic battle the Archbishop Ryan Raiders and Ragdolls (Philadelphia, PA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 24. Mt. St. Joseph Academy will attempt to better on its 7-9 season record. The Raiders and Ragdolls go into the contest with a 1-13 record after their 41-30 league loss to Monsignor Bonner/Archbishop Prendergast Catholic (Drexel Hill, PA).
