The Delta Charter Storm basketball team (Ferriday, LA), was nudged 68-63 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Ouachita Christian Eagles (Monroe, LA)

The Eagles now possess a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Ouachita for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 25. Ouachita Christian will confront a Chiefs team coming off a 72-42 league loss to Ruston (Ruston, LA). The Chiefs record now stands at 11-12.

The Storm (9-13) will now prepare for their battle against Oak Grove (Oak Grove, LA). The Tigers come into the 1A District 2 battle with a 4-8 record.
