In Friday's non-league outing, the Pennsville Memorial Eagles (Pennsville, NJ) basketball squad beat the host LEAP Academy Lancers (Camden, NJ), by a margin of 73-61.
The Eagles (1-8) will now prepare for their outing against Gloucester Catholic (Gloucester City, NJ). The Rams go into the Tri-County - Classic outing with a 5-9 record. In their last outing, Gloucester Catholic was beaten by Haddon Heights (Haddon Heights, NJ), 55-51, in a non-league outing.
The Lancers now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Pennsauken Tech for a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 26.
