Washington High School Basketball - Lynden overwhelmed by Nooksack Valley

The Nooksack Valley Pioneers basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the host Lynden Lions to 33 in the Pioneers league victory on Friday.
The Pioneers now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Burlington-Edison for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest contest on Wednesday, January 26. Nooksack Valley will battle a Tigers team coming off a 62-16 league win over Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, WA). The Tigers record now stands at 11-3.
The Lions (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against Ferndale (Ferndale, WA). The Golden Eagles come into the 1A/2A/3A Northwest contest with a 2-2 record.
