The Palmyra Panthers basketball team (Palmyra, NE), was toppled 50-30 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Yutan Chieftains (Yutan, NE)
The Chieftains now possess a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Logan View/Scribner-Snyder for a non-league battle on Monday, January 24. Yutan will confront a team coming off a 45-34 non-league win over Conestoga (Murray, NE). The record now stands at 6-10.
The Panthers (0-13) will now prepare for their battle against Wilber-Clatonia (Wilber, NE). The Wolverines come into the C2 District 3 battle with a 2-14 record. In their last battle, Wilber-Clatonia was toppled by Malcolm (Malcolm, NE), 48-23, in a non-league battle.
