Adrian Dragons (Adrian, MN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Sleepy Eye Indians (Sleepy Eye, MN), 72-52 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Adrian upgrades its record to 4-6 on the campaign. The Dragons host Sibley-Ocheyedan (Sibley, IA) to play the Generals in a non-league bout on Monday, January 23. The Generals come into the bout with a record of 3-11. Sibley-Ocheyedan won 65-49 in their recent league bout against West Lyon (Inwood, IA)

Next up, the Indians play the Gibbon-Fairfax-Winthrop Thunderbirds (Winthrop, MN) in a A Section 2 bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Sleepy Eye will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record.
