The Appoquinimink Jaguars basketball team scored 81 points and held the visiting Hodgson Vo-Tech Eagles to 58 in the Jaguars league triumph on Saturday.
The Jaguars now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Caravel for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 24. Appoquinimink will meet a Buccaneers team coming off a 80-47 non-league win over Tatnall (Wilmington, DE). The Buccaneers record now stands at 7-3.
The Eagles (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Christiana (Newark, DE). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 0-5 record. In their last contest, Christiana was routed by Conrad Science (Wilmington, DE), 72-63, in a non-league contest.
