The Waubonsie Valley Warriors (Aurora, IL) basketball crushed the host Aurora East Tomcats (Aurora, IL), 77-48 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Warriors (11-10) will now prepare for their test against Metea Valley (Aurora, IL). The Mustangs go into the DuPage Valley test with a 17-6 record. In their last test, Metea Valley walloped West Aurora (Aurora, IL), 57-44, in a non-league test.
The Tomcats now own a 10-8 record. They play next when they host Glenbard South for a Upstate Eight outing on Friday, January 27. Aurora East will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 56-43 league win over Fenton (Bensenville, IL). The Raiders record now stands at 13-8.
