The Foran Lions basketball team (Milford, CT), was overwhelmed 53-31 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Bunnell Bulldogs (Stratford, CT)
The Bulldogs now possess a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stratford for a Southwest battle on Tuesday, January 24. Bunnell will confront a Red Devils team coming off a 59-48 league loss to Immaculate (Danbury, CT). The Red Devils record now stands at 4-7.
The Lions (4-7) will now prepare for their battle against Guilford (Guilford, CT). The Grizzlies come into the Southern Connecticut - Hammonasset battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Guilford trounced Sheehan (Wallingford, CT), 67-38, in a non-league battle.
