Cedar Catholic Trojans (Hartington, NE) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Guardian Angels Central Catholic Bluejays (West Point, NE), 63-30 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cedar Catholic upgrades its record to 11-2 on the season. The Trojans host Ponca (Ponca, NE) to play the Indians in a C2 District 6 bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 8-6. Ponca won 76-47 in their recent non-league bout against Walthill (Walthill, NE)

Next up, the Bluejays play the Crofton Warriors (Crofton, NE) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 28. Guardian Angels Central Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record.
