Evergreen Lutheran Eagles (Tacoma, WA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Chief Kitsap Academy Bears (Poulsbo, WA), 60-16 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Evergreen Lutheran upgrades its record to 5-6 on the season. The Eagles travel to Puget Sound Adventist (Kirkland, WA) to clash with the Sharks in a 1B/2B Sea-Tac bout on Monday, January 23. The Sharks go into the bout with a record of 6-3. Puget Sound Adventist won 62-28 in their recent league bout against Quilcene (Quilcene, WA)

Next up, the Bears clash with the Crescent Loggers (Joyce, WA) in a 1B North Olympic bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Chief Kitsap Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Loggers go into the bout with a 9-4 record after their 80-45 league loss to Neah Bay (Neah Bay, WA).
