The College Place Hawks basketball team (College Place, WA), was overwhelmed 96-52 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host La Salle Lightning (Union Gap, WA)
The Lightning now possess a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wapato for a 1A South Central - West battle on Friday, January 27.
The Hawks (3-14) will now prepare for their battle against Wahluke (Mattawa, WA). The Warriors come into the 1A South Central - East battle with a 8-7 record.
