Norman Tigers (Norman, OK) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Destiny Christian Wildcats (Del City, OK), 51-38 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Norman upgrades its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host Stillwater (Stillwater, OK) to play the Pioneers in a Central Oklahoma bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Pioneers come into the bout with a record of 2-3. Stillwater lost 63-52 in their recent league bout against Mustang (Mustang, OK)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Providence Academy Patriots (Rogers, AR) in a Heartland Christian bout, on Friday, January 27. Destiny Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 18-6 season record.
