Illinois High School Basketball - DuQuoin knocked off by Eldorado

The Eldorado Eagles basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting DuQuoin Indians to 45 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Eagles now sport a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hamilton County for a Black Diamond - East contest on Friday, January 27.
The Indians (8-13) will now prepare for their contest against Pinckneyville (Pinckneyville, IL). The Panthers enter the Southern Illinois River-to-River - Mississippi contest with a 20-3 record. In their last contest, Pinckneyville ran past Benton (Benton, IL), 51-46, in a non-league contest.
