    Leo Lions (Leo, IN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host East Noble Knights (Kendallville, IN), 65-64 in a league bout.

    With the win, Leo upgrades its record to 7-7 on the season. The Lions travel to Fort Wayne North Side (Fort Wayne, IN) to play the Legends in a non-league bout on Monday, January 23. The Legends go into the bout with a record of 10-5. Fort Wayne North Side lost 53-46 in their recent league bout against Homestead (Fort Wayne, IN)

    Next up, the Knights play the Norwell Knights (Ossian, IN) in a Northeast 8 bout, on Saturday, January 28. East Noble will attempt to upgrade on its 2-12 season record.
