With the victory, Evangel Christian Academy improves its record to 18-7 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Minden (Minden, LA) to play the Crimson Tide in a 4A District 1 challenge on Tuesday, January 24. The Crimson Tide come into the challenge with a record of 3-11.

Next up, the Panthers play the North Webster Knights (Springhill, LA) in a 3A District 1 challenge, on Tuesday, January 24. Sterlington will attempt to improve on its 18-7 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 55-22 league loss to Bastrop (Bastrop, LA).
