Nebraska High School Basketball - Gretna fells Millard South

January 21, 2023: Gretna, NE 68028

Gretna Dragons (Gretna, NE) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Millard South Patriots (Omaha, NE), 62-49 in a league bout.

With the win, Gretna upgrades its record to 11-2 on the season. The Dragons travel to Millard West (Omaha, NE) to clash with the Wildcats in a A District TBD bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 4-10. Millard West lost 57-55 in their recent league challenge against Millard South (Omaha, NE)

Next up, the Patriots play the Burke Bulldogs (Omaha, NE) in a A District TBD challenge, on Thursday, January 26. Millard South will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record.
