Illinois High School Basketball - Hall ripped by Reed-Custer

The Reed-Custer Comets basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Hall Red Devils to 32 in the Comets non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Comets now sport a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lisle for a Illinois Central 8 contest on Tuesday, January 24. Reed-Custer will meet a Lions team coming off a 62-48 non-league loss to Latin (Chicago, IL). The Lions record now stands at 11-11.

The Red Devils (8-14) will now prepare for their contest against Mendota (Mendota, IL). The Trojans enter the Three Rivers - East contest with a 8-17 record. In their last contest, Mendota was routed by Stillman Valley (Stillman Valley, IL), 59-57, in a non-league contest.
