In Saturday's non-league outing, the Jasper Vikings (Jasper, AL) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Maplesville Red Devils (Maplesville, AL), by a count of 81-35.
The Vikings (16-6) will now prepare for their outing against Carver Birmingham (Birmingham, AL). The Rams go into the 5A Area 10 outing with a 9-15 record. In their last outing, Carver Birmingham was crushed by Pelham (Pelham, AL), 41-39, in a non-league outing.
