Iowa High School Basketball - Kuemper can't hold off Pella

The Kuemper Knights basketball team (Carroll, IA), was nudged 58-55 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Pella Dutch (Pella, IA)
The Dutch now possess a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grinnell for a Little Hawkeye battle on Tuesday, January 24. Pella will battle a Tigers team coming off a 63-48 league loss to Dallas Center-Grimes (Dallas Center, IA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-7.
The Knights (12-4) will now prepare for their battle against Lewis Central (Council Bluffs, IA). The Titans come into the Hawkeye Ten battle with a 8-7 record. In their last battle, Lewis Central edged Shenandoah (Shenandoah, IA), 61-9, in a league battle.
